The Upper Hand is better than the Lower

94) Abu Umama narrated that the Prophet said: 0 son of Adam if you do good (spend), it is better and if you do not spend that is bad for you. But if you are poor; no blame. Start with (when you spend) your dependents. The Prophet added: The upper hand is better than the lower.

(This Hadith is sound and reported by Muslim).
