Our Lord is Beneficent and He loves beneficence and commands His servants to be beneficent

Our Lord is Beneficent and He loves beneficence and commands His servants to be beneficent.

In a comprehensive verse, Allah Almighty says:

{It is not righteousness to turn your faces towards the east or the west, but righteousness is to believe in Allah, the Last Day, the angels, the Scriptures, and the prophets; and to give charity out of one’s cherish ed wealth to relatives, orphans, the needy, the wayfarer, beggars, and to free slaves; to establish prayer and give Zakah; to fulfill the ratified pledges; to be patient at times of hardship, adversity, and during the battle. Such are the true believers, and such are the righteous.}

[Surat a l - Baqarah: 177]

A person cannot attain the beneficence of Allah Almighty in the Hereafter except if he follows the path leading to His beneficence and pleasure. Allah Almighty says:

{You will never attain righteousness until you spend in charity from what you love. Whatever you spend, Allah is All-Knowing of it}

[Surat Ᾱl ‘Imrān: 92]

Al-Rāzi (may Allah have mercy upon him) said:“Whoever facilitates for people the means of welfare and comfort in this world, Allah will facilitate for him the means of welfare in this world and in the Hereafter.”

O Allah, bestow Your favor upon us and save us from the punishment of Hellfire; indeed, You are the Beneficent, the Most Merciful!
