This is Allaah…“The Most High, The Most Great
This is Allaah…“The Most High, The Most Great.”
Allaah The Almighty says:
{And He is the Most High, the Most Great.}[Al-Baqarah: 255]
He rose over His Mighty Throne:
Allaah The Almighty says:
{The Most Beneficent (Allaah) Istawa (rose over) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).}[Taa-Haa: 5]
He is above the heaven by His Self:
Allaah The Almighty says:
{Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?} [Al-Mulk: 16]
It was narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Do you not trust me, when I am the trustee of the One Who is above the heaven and the news of heaven comes to me morning and evening?”[1]
It was narrated that Mu‘aawiyah As-Salami, may Allaah be pleased with him, came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, along with a slave-girl whom he wants to set free. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her: "Where is Allaah?" She said: "In the heaven" He asked, "Who am I?" She said, "The Messenger of Allaah." So he said (to her master): "Set her free, for she is a believer."[2]
He The Exalted is with His creation with His Knowledge and Power:
Allaah The Almighty says:
{Have you not considered that Allaah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth? There is in no private conversation three but that He is the fourth of them, nor are there five but that He is the sixth of them - and no less than that and no more except that He is with them [in knowledge] wherever they are. Then He will inform them of what they did, on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allaah is, of all things, Knowing.}[Al-Mujaadilah: 7]
